MAKING THE CUT-DAY 3

Participants of Making the Cut return to the ice following the intermission.
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (September 28)- Following an intense spread of six grueling practices in a span of three days, the "Making the Cut" tryout camp for the Texas Brahmas has come to an end with Matt Ezzy, Ross Rouleau and Andrew Scampoli being selected to join the team for their training camp.

Matt Ezzy of Lakelands, NSW in Australia is a goaltender who blanked
opposing players with his quick pads.  Ross Rouleau of Hancock, MI is a defenseman who showcased his speed and strong defensive play.  Rouleau's brother, Pete, is signed with the Brahmas for the 2008-09 season.  Andrew Scampoli of Islip, NY is a forward who dazzled Brahmas coaches Dan Wildfong and Ron Vogel with his ice awareness and strong play.

The final scrimmage consisted of physical play and strong offensive firepower for Team White.  Throughout the duration of the game, the teams dwindled down from 5-on-5 to 3-on-3 play for the 20 minute periods.  To conclude the second annual "Making the Cut" camp, each player received an opportunity to display their talents on a penalty shot.

Ezzy, Rouleau and Scampoli will now have the chance to exhibit their skills in the Texas Brahmas 2008 training camp, which begins in early October.
